With the emergence of industrial automation, the precision requirements for production materials in the industry are becoming increasingly high. The birth of aluminum alloy lean pipes simplifies both production processes and materials, meeting the strict requirements of modern industry for lean production. Although the production and processing of aluminum alloy lean pipes are subject to strict checks, various problems are still inevitable.
Aluminum alloy lean tube is a type of aluminum material produced by heating, melting, and extruding aluminum rods. It has a cross shaped vertical bi-directional positioning structure with a hollow tube in the middle, with wall thickness sizes ranging from 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 2.0mm. Aluminum extrusion molds need to be used during extrusion, and the production operation process should be followed according to regulations.
Surface treatment process of wire rod:
1. Before the mold is released from the furnace, make preparations by selecting a suitable size of double hole and cantilever large specialized support pad, and heating the support pad to 350-450 ℃ to prevent the phenomenon of stuffiness caused by spending a long time searching for the support pad after the mold is released from the furnace. This ensures the dimensional stability of the aluminum alloy lean tube and reduces the generation of surface irregularities and ripples.
2. Keep the hygiene condition of the work belt up to standard, free from oil stains and other debris, remove all obstacles, ensure the smooth flow of aluminum alloy, and make the surface of the produced aluminum alloy lean tube smooth.
3. Mold design should be reasonable, with strict requirements for size. During use, attention should be paid to the daily maintenance of the mold. If there are any non parallel phenomena, the mold should be repaired in a timely manner and replaced if necessary.
4. When using a new mold, it is important to reduce the extrusion speed of the first aluminum rod or pause for a period of time to flatten the metal on the working belt. During cutting, at least 1mm of pressure should be reserved at the end of the material to reduce the generation of ripples.
5. The size of the empty blade of the mold should be selected reasonably. If the mold is scratched due to the small size of the empty blade, lubricating oil can be applied to one side of the working belt with a small size to make the metal flow smoothly and maintain uniform speed. The machine rate of uneven surface of the extruded aluminum alloy lean tube is greatly reduced.
