What are the technical requirements for Lean pipe Workbench?

Lean tube workbench can be seen everywhere in our assembly workshop, which is a workbench composed of lean tubes, lean tube joints, and other accessories. It is also called a workbench. This lean tube workbench conforms to ergonomics, but what are the technical requirements for designing and manufacturing a lean tube workbench? Here are three points to share with everyone:

What are the technical requirements for Lean pipe Workbench?

1: Create a lean management workbench and prepare materials. (The use of lean pipes allows for the production of dimensions such as width, depth, and height.).

1. Select, form an image of the lean management workbench you want to create in your mind, and draw a diagram.

2. Next, refer to the drawings to determine the type and quantity of joints, as well as the size and number of pipes.

3. The common length of pipes in the market is 4 meters per pipe. Based on the dimensions designed in the drawings, the most suitable lean pipe length can be roughly calculated.

Note: When assembling the lean pipe workbench, if the load increases and the size becomes larger, please thoroughly check the specifications of the joints to be used.

2: Pipe cutting

1. Optimal selection, measure the size of lean pipes, and mark the cutting position with a pen.

2. Align the cutting blade with the marked area. Although metal cutting saws sold in the market can also cut, using a professional lean pipe manual cutter can cut vertically.

Note: Please use a file or other tool to remove burrs generated at the cutting edge of lean pipes (from the outside to the inside). Because burrs may scratch people, it can make it difficult to insert the top cover (inner cover of the pipe) that is embedded inside the incision. When using a dedicated manual cutter for lean pipe cutting, fixing the pipe on the workbench for cutting will reduce cutting difficulty and make the blade more durable. When the blade is damaged, please replace it promptly.

3: Match and combine (assemble lean pipe workbench in order).

1. Make the first two legs. Firstly, please install the joint onto the pipe and tighten the screws after installation. Two pieces need to be made.

2. Make hind legs (one on each side). Preferably, fit the joint onto the pipe and do not lock it yet. Next, combine the selected joints and fasten them properly. Finally, after determining the position of the joint, tighten the screws to make it symmetrical on both sides, paying attention to the direction of the joint, one on each side.

3. Connect the front and rear feet at positions 1 and 2 and create the left and right sides. Note that the direction of the joint is to connect and combine the front and rear feet with pipes. Due to the symmetry between the left and right sides, please pay attention to assembling on a flat surface to prevent the direction of the joint from rotating.

4. Connect the left and right sides made in 3 locations. Connect the right and left sides with pipes and combine them. Finally, install adjustable foot cups at the four feet of the tabletop.

5. After cutting the countertop into the size of the lean pipe workbench, place the board on the workbench, lock it to the shelf with a single code, and install it on the workbench to complete the production of the simple lean pipe workbench.
