1. Principle of Growth Mechanism
The speed of the workpiece plate is doubled by the diameter difference between the roller and the wheel. Let the roller diameter be d, the wheel diameter be D, and the chain speed be v₀. The workpiece plate speed v = (1 + D/d) × v₀. Since D/d is typically 1.5 to 2, the workpiece plate speed can reach 2.5 to 3 times the chain speed.
II. Beat Control Principle
When the chain moves at a constant speed, the tooling plate can independently control the movement rhythm
1. Precisely stop at the operating position via a stopper for easy assembly or processing;
2. After removing the obstruction, continue moving to achieve "free rhythm" conveying.
