Material preparation and forming processing: The forming processing of connecting parts adopts corresponding processes according to different materials: Steel plastic composite parts are made of cold-rolled steel plates or SPCC steel as raw materials, and are formed into basic shapes through metal forming processes such as stamping and bending; Aluminum alloy parts are processed by die casting or CNC machining to ensure lightweight and precision; Stainless steel parts may involve welding or machining.
Surface treatment and plastic coating process: For steel plastic composite parts, the inner wall of the steel pipe is coated with anti rust coating (such as epoxy resin), and the outer surface is adhered with PE, PVC or ABS plastic layer through thermoplastic bonding process to form a steel plastic composite structure; Stainless steel parts may be plated or chrome plated to enhance corrosion resistance; Aluminum alloy parts achieve anti-corrosion and aesthetic effects through anodizing.
