How to Draw the Third Generation Bar Workbench Drawing?

The working table drawings for the three-generation linear rail system (28mm aluminum alloy precision tube) must be based on actual workstation requirements, following a modular design process. The core aspects include structural layout + fastener selection + tabletop/attachment positioning, typically completed using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.

How to Draw the Third Generation Bar Workbench Drawing?

1. Clarify requirements: Specify the workbench dimensions (e.g., single person 800×600mm, double person 2000×600mm, etc.), tabletop height (standard 750mm), load capacity (commonly 500–1000kg for third-generation wire rod systems), and whether accessories such as casters, slides, power supply, or guards are included.
2. Standard part selection: Use third-generation anodized aluminum alloy rods with a diameter of 28mm and a wall thickness of ≥0.8mm, paired with HJ series (e.g., HJ1–HJ12) or dedicated die-cast aluminum connectors (no threading required, quick-installation structure). Confirm the connector model and aperture position.
3. Draw the Frame: In CAD/SolidWorks, draw the uprights (typically 1500–1800mm in height), beams, and slant supports (to enhance rigidity) at a 1:1 scale. Note that all pipe lengths must be cut according to the center distance of the connecting components (e.g., a 600mm pipe should have 30mm of each end inserted into the connecting components, resulting in a net span of 540mm).
4. Adding the work surface and accessories: The work surface (laminate/steel/anti-static board) must be marked with installation holes or slots; the sliding guide, casters (e.g., 3-inch swivel with brake), power box, etc., should be positioned according to the manufacturer's installation diagram to avoid interference.
5. Annotation and Drawing: Specify the specifications of the wire rod (Φ28×wall thickness), the model of connecting parts, the material/thickness of the work surface, and the load capacity of the floor anchor/roller. Generate assembly drawings + part drawings (wire rods marked by actual length, connecting parts can use standard component codes such as "HJ-5").
6. Reference Standards: Industry-standard layouts (e.g., bilateral workstations at 1200×1000mm) are available for reference, but there is no unified "third-generation drawing template"—customization based on function is required in practice.

For non-professional designs, it is recommended to first create a 1:1 layout simulation using cardboard or laser-cut wood panels before modeling, or to commission a wire rod supplier (such as SUNQIT) for free drawing services (dimensions and functional requirements must be provided). Note: The third-generation wire rod system emphasizes "no welding, quick assembly," with the drawing focus on connection point coordinates and interference checks, rather than complex structural calculations.
