The SUNQIT dedicated mobile cutting station for different cutting scenarios is made of stainless steel sheet metal. The external frame is composed of third-generation aluminum tubes, connecting pieces, and transparent acrylic sealing plates. It has four universal casters with brakes at the bottom and a foldable platform with a bracket on the right side. Small and medium-sized batch processing: A semi-automatic profile cutting machine is selected, utilizing a gas-oil hybrid power system to drive the tungsten steel circular saw blade. The cutting speed is five times faster than traditional equipment, significantly improving the flatness of the cut.
Large-scale industrial processing: Utilizing a fully automatic aluminum tube cutting machine, the cutting accuracy can be stably controlled within ±0.05mm, and the length of the tail material can be controlled within 5mm. The material utilization rate is increased by 15% compared to traditional equipment, meeting the batch cutting requirements of lean production.
Complex irregular cut processing: Using laser cutting, the cut surface is smooth and burr-free, enabling the processing of special shapes such as bevels and holes. It is suitable for the special pipe fittings required for custom tooling construction.
Key points of cutting operation: Preparation before cutting: Check the sharpness of the saw blade, and test the stability of the speed with a new saw blade by running it idle; gently polish the oxide film at the cut with sandpaper, and prepare a special fixture to fix the pipe to prevent shaking and deviation during cutting.
Parameter control: Ensure the saw blade is perpendicular to the pipe, maintaining a uniform advancing speed between 10-15cm/s. For thin-walled
lean pipes, the cutting speed should be between 30-50m/min, while for thick-walled pipes, it should be controlled between 20-35m/min. Use emulsion cooling to prevent the pipe from overheating, oxidizing, and blackening.
Safety and post-processing: Wear goggles and gloves throughout the entire process to prevent aluminum shavings from splashing; after cutting, use a file to polish the cut to remove burrs and residual oxide layers. If subsequent assembly and welding are required, it is recommended to wait 24 hours before proceeding to avoid the impact of residual stress on structural stability.
