What is the design principle of Lean Management Workbench?

The core design principle of the lean pipe workbench is to assemble lean pipes with standard joints in a modular manner to form flexible workstations. It is not fixed by welding, but by combining joints and fittings, allowing the table height, material position, and functional accessories to be quickly adjusted according to job requirements. Essentially, it turns "rigid equipment" into "building blocks that can be repeatedly disassembled and modified".

1、 Structural Design
1. Modular assembly: Lean pipes and connectors are standard components that can be assembled using an Allen wrench without welding. They can be designed in any size and expanded in functionality at any time.
2. Framework and load: The main load acts directly on the pipe fittings rather than the joints; Vertical columns must be used to support every 600mm of horizontal distance, and every 1200mm of columns should be directly grounded; When equipped with casters, the chassis adopts a double bar parallel structure, and a single tube can safely bear a weight of about 30kg.
3. Adjustable height: using leg warmers to support standing or sitting operations; The bottom is equipped with casters and foot cups, which are both stable and can move quickly.

2、 Functional design
1. Materials and Logistics: The material area supports empty box recycling and can be equipped with sliding rails to automatically tilt and load the material boxes, improving on-site 6S and reducing handling loads; The inclination angle of the slide is generally 5-8 degrees, and the angle should be reduced for precision or heavy materials.
2. Electrical and Gas Circuit: The circuit and gas circuit are independently designed, with concealed slot card slots for wiring. The electrical busbar can be connected in series, and only a parallel connector is needed to connect the gas pipe components, making it easy to splice and change wires, and the appearance is neat.
3. Visual management: It can be equipped with SOP boards, alarm lights, tool hanging boxes, etc., to improve on-site management level and operational standardization.

3、 Material and anti-static principle
Lean pipe is a steel plastic composite pipe - a steel pipe with phosphating treatment in the middle, covered with a plastic layer on the outside and rust proof on the inside, combining metal strength and plastic corrosion resistance. The anti-static workbench is made of anti-static fireproof board (surface anti-static melamine board+wooden base), and the static charge is discharged to the ground by embedding a steel column grounding wire; Anti static desk mats with grounding wires can also achieve the same effect, suitable for precision assembly scenarios such as electronics and photovoltaics.
