To customize a double speed chain conveyor line, it is necessary to provide four core parameters to the manufacturer, covering the full dimensions of workpiece, structure, operation, and environment, in order to avoid problems such as adaptation deviation and lagging faults in the later stage.
Basic parameters of workpiece
Total load: Clearly define the total weight of the product, tooling board, and supporting fixtures, distinguish between dynamic load (load-bearing during operation) and static load (load-bearing during stoppage), and suggest reserving a 10% margin for heavy-duty scenarios.
Workpiece size: Provide complete dimensions of product length, width, height, and tooling tray to match line width and chain pitch, ensuring at least 3 rollers support the tooling plate simultaneously.
Special attributes: Clarify whether there are requirements for anti-static, anti-collision, cleanliness, etc. Electronic products need to be labeled with anti-static resistance value standards.
Production line structural parameters
Space dimensions: Provide the total length of the production line, installation height of the line body, and available floor height in the workshop. The maximum length of a single segment drive should not exceed 40 meters, and the ultra long line body should be designed in sections.
Layout form: Clearly define whether it is a single-layer straight line, multi-layer reflux, or a circular layout with 90 °/180 ° turns. The turning radius requirements should be provided synchronously for the turning scene.
Workstation configuration: Determine the total number of workstations, workstation spacing, and reserve installation positions for blockers and sensors in advance.
Operating process parameters
Speed and beat: Based on hourly production capacity and single workstation working hours, calculate the required conveying speed in reverse. The conventional speed range is 2-20 meters per minute, and it is recommended to reserve a 10% buffer margin.
Speed ratio selection: 2.5 times or 3 times speed is commonly selected, and 2.5 times speed is preferred for fragile items and precision assembly scenarios to avoid workpiece displacement during startup.
Positioning accuracy: ± 10mm is sufficient for ordinary conveying scenarios, and precision processes such as screwing and labeling require a clear accuracy requirement of ± 0.5mm or above.
Power configuration: Confirm the power supply specifications (single-phase 220V/three-phase 380V), clarify whether intelligent functions such as variable frequency speed regulation and MES system integration are required.
On site environmental parameters
Operating conditions: Explain the dust, temperature, and humidity conditions in the workshop. For food/pharmaceutical scenarios, requirements for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning should be clearly defined. For heavy industry scenarios, conditions with high dust and strong vibrations should be marked.
Protection requirements: Clarify whether special protective configurations such as explosion-proof, dust-proof sealing covers, roller dust covers, etc. are required.
