According to the production rhythm, for power configuration, a regular uniform speed
conveyor can be equipped with a standard variable speed motor; for frequent start-stop operations and accumulation buffering scenarios, a servo motor and a reduction gear unit are required to ensure precise positioning without jitter; for long linear bodies exceeding 30 meters, segmented drive is necessary to avoid chain stretching and deviation.
Select material configuration based on working conditions. For ordinary drying workshops, standard aluminum profile frames are sufficient; for oil-contaminated, humid, and dusty workshops, galvanized/stainless steel chains and dust-proof enclosed structures are preferred; for dust-free workshops, silent and dust-proof models should be selected to reduce debris and noise pollution.
Secondly, the calculation method for professional model selection requires confirmation of the basic operating conditions: applicable temperature range of -10℃ to +80℃, chain conventional operating speed of 5-15m/min, and it is recommended that the mechanical length of a single drive section be controlled within 30 meters.
Complete tension and power calibration according to standard procedures: Calculate the effective tension, adjusted load tension, and allowable tension of the chain in sequence, ensuring that the adjusted tension is less than or equal to the allowable tension of the chain. Finally, calculate the required driving power to avoid overworking the machinery.
