The installation and commissioning of the speed chain assembly line should be carried out step by step according to standardized procedures. The core is to avoid common installation pitfalls such as frame alignment and chain tensioning. Ultimately, stable operation of the equipment is ensured through multi-stage commissioning. The specific operational steps are as follows:
1. Core steps for early installation
Rack calibration and fixation
Utilizing a level meter and guiding rule to calibrate the frame, the horizontal error of the entire line is controlled within ±2mm, and there is no height difference or misalignment at the joints of the frame
The anchor bolts are evenly stressed and leveled to eliminate any suspension or false padding, ensuring the overall straightness of the frame without any visible skew
Assembly of transmission components
When installing the chain, follow the principle of "loose but not sagging, tight but not rigid". Under standard conditions, the sagging of the chain should be controlled within 10-20mm, and the tension on both ends should be consistent
Ensure absolute parallelism when installing the guide rails on both sides, with uniform spacing and no offset. Calibrate the coaxiality of all conveyor rollers in place, ensuring they rotate flexibly without any binding or stagnation
The motor and the drive shaft are precisely aligned, with the coaxiality error controlled within a very small range. The coupling is installed in place, with uniform clearance and secure fastening
Installation of supporting components
Unifiedly select tooling boards with consistent specifications and qualified flatness, and place them in the middle with uniform spacing and no offset
Apply special lubricating grease to all moving parts such as chains, bearings, and rollers, tighten all screws step by step, and focus on reinforcing the frame, transmission seat, and motor fixing screws
II. Debugging operation by segments
Mechanical debugging
Check the tension of the chain, the flatness of the track, and the fit between the tooling plate and the chain. Adjust the position of the sprocket to ensure smooth operation of the chain without any stalls or deviations
Manually push the tooling board for testing segment by segment. If the entire process is smooth without any resistance or stagnation, it is considered qualified
Electrical system commissioning
Check the connection of electrical components such as drive motors, control systems, and sensors, and test the response speed of control system commands
Debug the variable frequency speed regulation function to ensure precise speed adjustment, uniform power transmission without jitter or abnormal noise
Special debugging of sensors
Fix the sensor at the designated workstation, adjust the installation height and angle, and avoid detection blind spots
Set parameters such as detection distance and response time based on the workpiece size and conveyor speed. After the no-load simulation test signal feedback is normal, proceed with load debugging to ensure that the positioning accuracy meets the standard
Debugging of the blocking mechanism
Shut down the machine and power off to inspect the structure of the blocking mechanism, clear the surrounding debris, connect the air source, adjust the cylinder's inlet pressure and stroke, and ensure smooth and uninterrupted lifting and lowering
Test the signal transmission of the linkage sensor to ensure that the blocking mechanism rises in time when the workpiece reaches the designated workstation, and that it releases smoothly after the process is completed
Trial operation and acceptance of the complete machine
The no-load trial run lasted for over 30 minutes, with no stalling, no abnormal noise, no deviation, and no skipped gears throughout the entire process
Conduct a load test run to simulate actual production scenarios and debug the coordination and rhythm of each workstation. Ensure the conveyor operates at a steady speed without any blockages or jamming. After conducting a secondary inspection of all fasteners and lubrication points, production can be initiated.
