1. Preparation before assembly

Tool preparation: Ensure basic tools such as an M6 Allen wrench, tape measure, pipe cutter, file, and rubber mallet are readily available.
Material verification: Count the aluminum alloy lean tubes, corresponding specification connectors, countertops, and other accessories according to the design sketch.
· Site selection: Find a flat and open area to avoid any deviation in joint orientation during assembly.
II. Detailed assembly steps · Design and cutting: Draw a sketch of the workbench, calculate the dimensions of the tubing and the number of joints, and mark the cutting positions.
· Pipe cutting: Use a dedicated pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically. It is more effortless to cut when the pipe is fixed. For example, SUNQIT has a lean pipe cutting machine.
· Deburring: Use a file to smooth out the burrs on both the inside and outside of the cut to prevent scratching your hands or affecting the installation of the top cover.
