How to connect aluminum lean pipes with casters?

The connection between aluminum lean pipes and casters needs to be adapted according to the type of casters. The following are the mainstream connection methods and steps:

1、 Standard caster connector scheme
Installation of specialized connectors
Using a caster connector (made of aluminum alloy material), fix the caster to the end of the aluminum lean tube with M1220 or M1225 screws, suitable for 28mm third-generation aluminum tubes.
Advantages: Strong compatibility, support for quick disassembly and assembly, suitable for lightweight equipment such as turnover vehicles.
2、 Installation methods for different types of casters
1. Insertion wheel
Applicable scenarios: Mesh vehicles, light-duty turnover vehicles.
Step: Insert the caster rod directly into the aluminum lean tube and use the rod buckle to clamp the tube wall to complete the fixation.
Features: No need for auxiliary tools, simplest installation.
2. Screw wheel
Applicable scenario: Medium load turnover vehicles.
Steps:
Pre insert the copper sleeve into the aluminum lean tube;
Screw the screw wheel into the copper sleeve and tighten it.
Features: It needs to be paired with a copper sleeve to enhance the thread bite force and prevent loosening.
3. Flat wheel

Steps:

Thread M8 screws through the clamp and caster bracket, and tighten the nuts.
