The production process of lean pipe turnover vehicles can be divided into four stages: design planning, material preparation, framework construction, and installation of functional components. The specific operations are as follows:
1、 Design Planning
Determine parameters
Determine core parameters such as dimensions (e.g. length 1.2 meters x width 0.8 meters x height 0.6 meters), load-bearing capacity (50-100kg), and number of floors (2-5 floors) based on the usage scenario.
Structural layout
Plan the cargo placement area (center), armrest position (both sides or one side), and AGV docking device (such as magnetic strips or sensor brackets).
2、 Material preparation
Lean management and accessories
Choose aluminum alloy lean pipes with a diameter of 28mm or 38mm.
Accessories include right angle connectors, three-way connectors, plugs, etc., used to connect frames.
Wheel selection
Choose the plug-in wheel (light load), screw wheel (medium load), flat wheel (heavy load) or expansion wheel (ultra light load) according to the load-bearing requirements.
Auxiliary materials
Fasteners such as screws, nuts, washers, and metal/plastic load-bearing panels.
3、 Framework construction
Bottom frame
Assemble rectangular structures with lean pipes and right angle joints to ensure stability.
Side and top
Build vertical supports and top frames in sequence, connect them through three-way joints, and tighten them with screws.
Height adjustment
Using third-generation lean pipe fittings, 1200-1500mm height adjustment is achieved by loosening screws.
4、 Installation of functional components
Wheel installation
Insertion rod wheel: directly insert the wire rod tube and fasten it.
Screw wheel: equipped with copper sleeve for rotation and fixation.
Flat wheel: fixed with screws using upper and lower clamps.
Carrying panel
Choose metal or plywood and fix it at the top of the frame with screws or glue.
AGV docking device
Install magnetic stripe or visual sensor bracket to ensure precise docking with AGV
5、 Debugging and optimization
Check if all connecting components are secure, if the wheels rotate flexibly, and if the AGV device is accurately positioned.
If parametric design is required, professional software can be used to quickly generate 3D models and engineering drawings.
