First, casters can be divided into:
Automobile industry casters, medical casters, food industry casters, textile industry casters, furniture casters, shopping cart casters, airport industry casters and so on, industrial casters are very widely used.
1. Medical casters are special casters to meet the special requirements of the hospital, such as portability, flexible steering, high elasticity, special ultra-quiet, good wear resistance, anti-winding and chemical corrosion resistance.
2. Industrial casters mainly refer to a castor product used in factories or mechanical equipment. It can be made of advanced imported reinforced nylon (PA6), super polyurethane and rubber single wheel.
3. Casters are specially developed to adapt to the mobile needs of supermarket shelves and the lightweight and flexible characteristics of shopping carts.
4. Furniture casters are a kind of special casters produced to meet the needs of low center of gravity and high bearing capacity of furniture.
Second, casters can be divided into:
Move and secure casters. Movable casters, commonly known as universal wheels, its structure allows 360 degrees of rotation; Fixed casters have no rotating structure and cannot be rotated. 2. The installation of screw wheels is also a relatively simple type, which requires installation together with copper sleeves. First, insert the copper sleeve into the lean tube, and then rotate and twist the casters into the copper sleeve.
3. The top of the flat wheel is flat, making the contact surface between the caster and the wire rod large, mainly used for heavy-duty turnover vehicles. It needs to be installed together with two sets of caster upper and lower clamps. The installation method includes placing an upper clamp plate between two wire rods, aligning a lower clamp plate directly below the upper clamp plate, placing the casters at the bottom of the clamp plate, and then threading screws through the screw holes on the caster bracket and the lower upper clamp plate in sequence. Finally, tighten the nuts.
4. The expansion wheel is mainly used on turnover vehicles with light load-bearing capacity and needs to be installed with a hexagonal wrench. The installation method is to insert the screw part of the caster into the wire rod and tighten the screw with a hexagonal wrench.
