Aluminum alloy lean pipe joints can be connected in various ways, including:
1. Parallel fastener: used for connecting two parallel pipes, choose the size of the parallel fastener according to the bearing capacity.
2. Plate clip: Used for connecting two parallel lean pipes, simply fasten both sides without the need for a wrench.
3. 45 degree slant support fastener: in order to fix two vertical lean pipes, two ends of this fastener are connected to both sides of the pipe respectively, so that the fastener and the two pipes are equilateral triangle, which is more stable after connection.
4.90 degree double row fastener: used for vertical connection between two lean pipes connected together and another lean pipe, to increase the load-bearing capacity of the product.
5. Double snap ring fastener: used to connect two parallel pipes. Use the fastener to fasten the two pipes from the outside, and then tighten the screws with a wrench.
6. Straight internal expansion fastener: Place the internal expansion component inside the two ports of two lean pipes for internal connection, used for the extension connection of two pipes.
7. Profile adapter block: Place this adapter block into the groove of the aluminum profile, install the lean tube on top, and tighten the screws with a wrench. It is used for connecting the lean tube and the aluminum profile, and can also improve the load-bearing capacity.
8. Plastic sealing: Seal the end of the lean tube tightly to prevent debris and dust from entering the tube, and make it look more aesthetically pleasing.
9. Profile end face connection sleeve: After the product is assembled, a bracket is needed to support it before placing it on the ground. The bolt diameter of the supporting foot between the pipe and the ground is less than 28mm, which needs to be used to connect the connecting sleeve to the screw, and then the lean pipe is placed on the connecting sleeve with threads for supporting the connection between the product and the ground.
10. Expansion universal casters: Place one end of the lean tube directly onto the caster rod and tighten it with a wrench to allow the bracket to move freely. Choose the diameter size of the casters based on their load-bearing capacity.
11. Sliding sleeve: The sliding sleeve can flexibly adjust the distance between two lean pipes, and this sliding sleeve can only translate along the pipe material.
12. Rotating sleeve: Using a rotating sleeve can make the connected lean pipes move in a circular motion and cannot translate.
13. Fluent Bar: Use a dedicated guide rail joint to fasten the fluent bar into both ends of the lean tube. Choose the length of the fluent bar according to its load-bearing capacity. Increasing the number of fluent bars can improve the load-bearing capacity. By moving the roller of the fluent bar, the items above can pass through more smoothly.
