1、 Testing method
Surface impedance detection
Select four points on the table (horizontal, vertical, diagonal positions), place the two poles of the electrostatic detector at the designated positions, measure and record the resistance value, and take the maximum resistance value as the result.

Ground impedance detection

Place one electrode of the detector at the detection point on the table, connect the other electrode to the ground terminal, measure and record the maximum resistance value.
Test frequency

The newly installed workbench needs to be inspected every six months, and the cycle will be adjusted according to the usage environment.
2、 Qualified standards
The surface impedance and system resistance need to be controlled within the range of 10 ⁶~10 ⁹ Ω.
3、 Precautions
Test environment: temperature 16~28 ℃, humidity 45~75%.
Preprocessing: After installation, it needs to be left to stand in a standard humidity environment for at least 48 hours (72 hours for complex environments).
Material requirements: The main frame of the workbench is usually made of anti-static plastic coated pipes or aluminum profiles, and the tabletop needs to be covered with anti-static rubber.

4、 Anti static design verification
Check if the grounding measures are complete, such as equipping cable configuration boxes, multifunctional sockets, etc.
Confirm if the countertop is made of anti-static material (such as T16 density board+anti-static countertop).
The above steps can comprehensively evaluate the anti-static performance of the lean management workbench.
