Installation steps for anti-static lean tube workbench

SUNQIT has compiled the installation steps for the anti-static lean tube workbench for everyone.

1、 Preparation before installation
Environmental inspection: Ensure that the installation environment is dry and ventilated, with no obvious vibration or electromagnetic interference. It is recommended to lay anti-static floor mats.
Cleaning the countertop: Use isopropanol or alcohol to thoroughly wipe the countertop, countertop, and components to avoid dust affecting the anti-static performance.
Tool preparation: Prepare tools such as screwdrivers, nuts, grounding wires (copper core flexible wires with a cross-sectional area of ≥ 2mm ²), etc

2、 Assemble the platform body
Fixed table legs: Align the anti-static table legs with the table top, tighten the threaded connection with nuts to ensure no shaking.
Laying table mat:
Cut the anti-static table mat to the appropriate size, flatten it and lay it on the table with aligned edges.
Copper foil tape is laid on the surface under the cushion, only overlapping at the folding point, and the knob joint is fixed to the copper foil tape through the cushion.

3、 Installation of grounding system
Connect the ground wire: Connect the table pad and ground pad in series through a 1M Ω resistor, and connect them to the ground wire configuration system to ensure a firm contact.
Test grounding: Use an electrostatic tester to verify the effectiveness of grounding and ensure that the static potential of the table is close to zero.
4、 Accessory installation
Fixed tool rack/drawer: Install accessories as needed to ensure a stable connection with the countertop.
Lighting equipment: Keep a safe distance between lamps and countertops to avoid high temperatures affecting anti-static performance.
Precautions
Avoid scratching the protective layer of the countertop with sharp objects.
Regularly check the connection status of the grounding wire to prevent loosening.
