1. Design considerations: During the design process, it is necessary to consider the load capacity and enhance the strength by adding supporting points, connecting pieces, and parallel use of double plastic coated pipes. The main load should be directly applied to the pipe fittings, not the connectors.

2. Structural support: A vertical column support is required every 600mm at the maximum horizontal distance, and every 1200mm, the vertical column should directly reach the ground. If it is a product with casters, the chassis should be a double pole parallel structure.

3. Material selection: A single piece of plastic coated pipe has stronger strength than several plastic coated pipes connected in series by clamps. Therefore, when selecting plastic coated pipes, the rod under stress must be a whole piece, and the connecting rod can be segmented.

4. Size adjustment: The width (center distance) of each column of the sliding shelf is the width of the turnover box placed plus 60mm; the height of each layer is the height of the turnover box placed plus 50mm. The determination of the inclination angle of the slide is generally 5-8 degrees. When placing fine materials, heavy materials, and measuring smoothness at the bottom of the turnover box, the inclination angle should be smaller.
