The conveyor belt features a green glossy ESD surface,making it ideal for assembling sensitive electronic components. Both the conveying direction and speed are adjustable, and the line can be operated from both sides, ensuring high flexibility and efficiency to accommodate various working preferences. Below the line, a pull-out tool rack is integrated for convenient access. When not in use, it can be slid back under the line, significantly saving floor space. Each workstation is equipped with a double layer tabletop — one for assembly operations and the other for material placement. This integrated design minimizes operator movement and improves overall efficiency. Every workstation is connected with intelligent sensors to collect real-time status data, enabling precise management and supporting lean production and digital traceability. Thanks to its modular flexible design, the line can be easily connected or split according to actual production needs, allowing quick layout adjustments. It is particularly well-suited for manufacturing environments with high product mix, small batch sizes, and frequent changeovers.
